BRYAN - A man convicted of murdering 23-year-old Brandon Rosales now knows his sentence.
28-year-old Cabrera Agundiz received 60 years after a jury found him guilty of shooting Rosales outside a bar back in 2008. Rosales disappeared shortly after and was found days later with gunshot wounds to the head.
At yesterday's hearing, Rosales' mother spoke directly to Agundiz saying "you have a mother and I'm a mother but the good thing about your side is that your mother can see you, I can never see my son again."
Agundiz is also believed to be a gang member and Rosales' death is believed to be tied to a gang altercation.
