COLLEGE STATION - A man involved in a car accident in a Burger King parking lot ended up making things a lot worse for himself.

52-year-old Duncan Helton had gotten into a car accident at the fast food restaurant on Texas Avenue in College Station.

Police believe he was drunk at the time and arrested him.

Helton allegedly threatened to kill an officer while he was being arrested. To make matters even worse, he allegedly kicked the arresting officer in the crotch.
