BRYAN- Two Bryan woman are behind bars accused of stealing metal from a construction site.
48 year old Sidney Stimmel and 26 year old Tabetha Young were arrested Monday night after allegedly taking metal boards and loading them in their vehicle.
Police say a witness across the street saw Young and Stimmel take metal parts from a construction site off of the 300 block of Texas Avenue in Bryan.
According to the police report both loaded up seven 2x12 boards with metal rebar stakes, 7 aluminum 4x10 ft beams and a 3ft x 3ft metal plate worth 300.00 dollars.
Both are in the Brazos County Jail on theft charges.
