BRAZOS COUNTY - A man accused of murdering his own brother has now been indicted for the crime.

27-year-old Kyle Wischnewsky had gone with his 43-year-old brother Clifford to purchase two vehicles in Bryan. Kyle had arranged the meeting via Craigslist.

Clifford's body was found off Texas 21 East near Sand Creek back in March.

After a detailed search for Kyle subsequent to the crime, he was located at a motel in Carlsbad New Mexico.

Investigators found probable cause to request a warrant for Kyle's arrest.
