Bryan man arrested for DWI with 3 kids in vehicle - ABC 40 KRHD-TV - Bryan/College Station News and Weather |

COLLEGE STATION- A Bryan man is charged with driving while intoxicated with three children in the vehicle.

44 year old Willie Shivers Jr. was pulled over on the 100 block of Foster Street in College Station around 9 p.m. Sunday night.

Police found a four year old, three year old, and four and a half month old baby inside the vehicle.

Shivers failed a field sobriety test and was arrested for DWI with children under the age of 15 in the car.

He is being held on a $5,000 dollar bond at the Brazos County Jail.
